Check the operating
conditions.
Reduce machine vibra-
tion.
Correctly install the Ser-
vomotor.

Turn the power supply to
the SERVOPACK OFF and
ON again. If an alarm still
occurs, the Servomotor
may be faulty. Replace the
Servomotor.
