Interfaces

The analyzer has two serial interfaces: 

RS232

RS485

Application

The interfaces can be used for data exchange with a printer, PC or 
modem. However, this data exchange e.g. the automatic output of data 
can take place via one interface only. The other interface can be used 
bidirectionally during this time. The connection for an external modem 
to the RS232 interface is provided.

Printing lists and records are sent to an interface.

Bidirectional commands are always sent to the requesting interface 
(this can be the same interface as the protocol interface under cer-
tain circumstances)

The RS485 interface can operate in either Slave or Master mode.

Modem operation is provided.
