Servo oil pump - Calibration for Dynex pump

To calibrate the Dynex servo oil pumps, refer to the following instructions.

10.12.1

Calibration procedure of the Dynex servo oil pump

To calibrate the Dynex servo oil pumps, refer to the following instructions.

1

Locate the pressure adjustment screw on the servo oil pump.

2

Remove the protection cap.

3

Put marks on the initial position of the setting screw.

4

Loosen the locknut.

5

Turn the setting screw 22.5 degrees.

6

Tighten the locknut

7

Monitor if there is a change in flow alarm indication for 10 minutes.

NOTE:

If the flow alarm indication remains, repeat steps 4 to 7.

NOTE:

Do no turn the setting screw more than 90 degrees in total.

NOTE:

The calibration of the servo oil pump can show another kind of alarm: the controller
limit alarm.
If this happens, turn the setting screw 22.5 degrees back to its initial position.
