Damage to injection pump plunger or
delivery valve seat, deformation of plunger
bushing due to too large tightening torque,
impurity in clearance of plunger pair, too
thin gasket on positioning bolt of plunger
bushing or jamming of plunger bushing
due to too long bolts, etc. during repair or
assembly can make injection pump
plunger inflexible or stuck at the position
of maximum oil supply.
Contact with after-sales service personnel
to recalibrate or replace the injection
pump.

Fixing screw of gear ring for adjusting oil
flow of injection pump plunger gets loose,
causing plunger to get out of control.
Contact with after-sales service personnel
to fasten the loose screw.

Bulb of adjusting arm of injection pump
plunger or rack is not in the groove of
control fork, which keeps the plunger at
maximum oil level.
Contact with after-sales service personnel
for repair.

Oil supply control rack and moving parts
of governor suffer from clamping
stagnation, which disjoints oil flow control
rack and pull rod of governor.
Contact with after-sales service personnel
to repair or replace.

Lubricating oil in governor is too much,
viscous or dirty, which prevents the heavy
hammer from being timely thrown off
when speed rises, and pull rod or rack
from controlling the governor.
Inspect whether machine oil in oil pan is
too much, and lubricating oil return line of
the governor is blocked. Clean or replace if
necessary.

Fuel injector spring is too weak or broken,
which makes injection pressure too low,
leading to excess fuel in cylinder.

Pin roll of flyball of governor is broken
and falls off, which makes the flyball get
detached.
