4.4 If you want to stop the Gen-set directly, press stop button
two times
successively;
4.5 Turn power switch to “OFF” position;
4.6 Remove connecting cable from negative electrode of battery and protect it with
insulation tape.
Note: never stop the Gen-set operating with loads.
4.7 Emergency stop
In an emergency stop, the Gen-set will turn off throttle immediately after emergency
stop button is pressed or fuel injection pump stop control handle is rapidly pushed to
“OFF” position. Emergency stop signal will be released only this button is pressed
again.
Emergency stop must be activated immediately after any of the followings occur
during operation of Gen-set.
1)
Any abnormal sound or odor is heard or sensed during starting or operation of the
Gen-set;
2) Oil pressure of the Gen-set suddenly reduces to the limit or no oil pressure is
detected;
3) Speed of the Gen-set is 115% higher than rated speed;
4) Fire, electric leakage or other natural disasters that may endanger safety of the
Gen-set and operators occurs.
Note: do not activate emergency stop at random unless a special emergency
occurs.
