– Unscrew bolts -2- and pull parking lock -1- off dowel sleeves
-arrows-.
If the parking lock cannot be pulled off by hand:
– Fit multipurpose tool -VW 771- with extractor hook -VW
771/37- behind parking lock and remove parking lock by al‐
ternately pulling it out.
– Renew bolts -2-.
Installing
– Fit parking lock -1- onto dowel sleeves -arrows-.
– Screw in new bolts -2-.
– Install parking lock cover -1-
