The length of the additional data is always 8byte.

This message is generated as soon as the master has received the boot-
up message from the appropriate slave station.
Additional data: 8byte fix 0

If node guarding telegrams are not responded by the slave station or the
slave station does not generate any heartbeat, this message is generated
by the master.

takes also place, if the guarding of a slave station was
transferred from an error condition into an error free
condition.
