2.2.3.1.2.2 Visibility Dialog
The Visibility Dialog allows the user to set the image quality (or visibility settings) without affecting the
actual user’s settings. These settings are used to optimize what the camera sees. The more nearly
the image quality matches the camera’s requirements, not too bright or too dark, the more easily the
camera can process the image.

Projector
: Includes brightness, contrast, drive and G2. These settings are used to optimize the
camera image for an evenly distributed image level.
•
Camera : Includes Gain and Offset. The settings are usually adjusted as follows: Gain at
maximum and Offset at midrange.
•
Color : Depending on the actual function or step in the process, select Green , Blue , Red or White
(all on).
•
Preview : This button will upload displayed settings to the projector.
•
Reset : This button will restore the active test point’s last saved settings.
•
AGC : This button will perform automatic gain control ( AGC ) calibration on the current test
point.

Before/After
: These buttons will copy settings from the previous (
Before
) test point or the next
( After ) test point.
