2.2.3.1.6 Calculate Primary Relationships
The Primary Relationships operation is to be completed once per projector channel. All channels may
perform this operation simultaneously. After pressing the button, the Projector Selection Dialog appears,
prompting selection of the channels on which the Primary Relationships operation is to be performed.
Multiple projectors may be selected.
Later in the process it will be necessary to change the test pattern between the sparse and dense
patterns.
NOTE: For more rectangular shaped screens, it is possible that a single test pattern may be used for
both geometry and convergence correction. In this instance, the same test pattern is
presented when the process requests the test pattern.
Primary Relationship Manual Dialog
If the automated primary relationship operation does not complete successfully, the user may choose to
retry the automated process. Or the user may choose to perform the operations manually. The following
dialog is used to establish primary relationship which comprises
- Memorizing test pattern grid densities.
- Calculation of motor step size to camera pixel size.
