Subassembly Replacement

6. When the drive is in all the way, press

the handle down to latch the drive in
the bay.

Turn the key clock-wise.

Apply power to the server and look for
a green power indicator light on the
lower right.

For access to the internal subassemblies:

8. Remove the 4 screws holding the top

cover (2 each side).

Slide the cover to the rear and lift up.

Note that front edge is under a lip.

support bar.
