4) Based on program feedback, revisit the test point settings of each test point which
requires further maintenance (consult FMEA worksheet).
NOTE: (s/w 2.0.20060721): The Error Flag indicator in the Maintenance Window
for both Geometry test point sets does not print an error message in the
status region of the window as it does in the Convergence Maintenance
window.
a. From within the Maintenance Window , use the
Basic Motor Tab
to adjust test
point locations, and the
Visibility Tab
to adjust visibility settings as
necessary to calibrate each individual test point (as indicated by program
feedback).
b. Screen Geometry may have to add test points to observe all geometry changes.
5) Return to step 3.3 until there is no Calibration feedback that requires intervention.
4. Memorization Operation.
1) Set the IG to the Geometry test pattern and select Setup > Memorization .
a. Memorization can be executed simultaneously on all projectors in the system.
b. Partway through the operation, the IG will need to be changed to the
Convergence test pattern.
2) If there is feedback indicating test points that need further maintenance, correct the
issues through the Maintenance windows, and repeat the Memorization Operation
(step 4a), if necessary, (singular AGC warnings do nor merit rerun of Memorization ).
5. Correction Operation. Set the IG to the Geometry test pattern and select
Operation >
Complete ACON Ultra operation (corrects both geometry and convergence).
1) If there is feedback indicating AU cameras that need further maintenance, correct the
issues through the Maintenance windows and return to step 4a (or 3c if test points have
been moved).
