REASSEMBLING THE T-ZERO
To reassemble the T-ZERO:
1. Reinstall blade couplings:
a) Rotate the metal ring past one bump on the plastic piece to lock
the coupling in place.
2. Rotate the bed knife into position carefully, and reinstall the bed knife pins
on all blades.
a) Torque the bed knife pins to 11 ft-lbs. DO NOT OVER TORQUE .
Note: If threads are dry, apply food grade anti-seize.
3. Reinstall the four vacuum shrouds:
a) While leaving the knobs loose, slide the shrouds into the groove
above the shroud knobs.
b) Lock the vacuum shroud latches at the top of each shroud.
c) Once front and rear plenums are installed and seated properly,
lock the two vacuum shroud knobs on the bottom.
AN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED VACUUM SHROUD WILL CAUSE AIR LEAKS,
WHICH WILL AFFECT THE MACHINES PERFORMANCE.
4. Reinstall the tumbler and tighten the tumbler belts. ENSURE THE BELTS
ARE NOT CROSSED AND TUMBLERS ARE ALIGNED WITH AXIAL
ROLLERS.
5. Close the tumbler lids and tighten the knobs.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
BEWARE OF CUTTING HAZARDS WITH THE BED
KNIVES AND HELIX BLADES.
WEAR GLOVES, BED KNIVES AND BLADES CAN BE
VERY SHARP.

TUMBLERS ARE HEAVY!
ALWAYS LIFT WITH TWO PEOPLE.
TUMBLERS ARE FRAGILE! TAKE CARE WHEN HANDLING
TUMBLERS. A DAMAGED TUMBLER WILL CAUSE LOSS IN
MACHINE PERFORMANCE. DO NOT DROP THE TUMBLER.
