Note: Increase the time for systems with custom ducting to ensure the ducting is clean for
storage and safety.
Motor Calibration
The Calibration feature allows each motor to be calibrated using a Tachometer.
Set each motor to the maximum speed. Use a tachometer to determine actual RPM
of each motor, then adjust these values to the actual reading to calibrate.
MOTORS ARRIVE FROM THE FACTORY CALIBRATED. DO NOT ADJUST THESE
VALUES UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
Exit Program
This button returns the operator to the PLC start-up screen.
System Info
This button takes the operator to the System Information page (shown on following page).
The System Information page displays:
o
Serial numbers
o
Machine hours
o
Program versions
o
Motor logs.
Note: Use the Tumbler and Blades RESET buttons to help keep track of maintenance
intervals. Use the data logger to find out when the machine has been operated and to help
troubleshoot motor errors.
