50 RPM for the Blade Motor setpoints

0.5 RPM for the Tumbler Motor setpoints

0.5 feet per minute for the Conveyor speed setpoints

5% for the Vacuum power.
Start Delay Timer
The boxes in line to the right with Delay Timer show the start sequence of the T-ZERO
motors. To adjust the start sequence, tap the boxes and type a new value.
THE MOTORS NEED TO START IN AN OFFSET SEQUENCE TO AVOID
OVERLOADING THE FACILITY POWER AND OVERLOADING INRUSH
CURRENT.
The factory defaults have the system starting in the following order:
1. Vacuum motor
2. Blades (10 seconds after the Vacuum Motor)
3. Tumbler (18 seconds after the Vacuum Motor)
4. Feed Conveyor (22 seconds after the Vacuum Motor).
5. QC Conveyor (25 seconds after the Vacuum Motor).
ENSURE THE VACUUM MOTOR IS AT LEAST AT 75% OF THE FULL SPEED BEFORE
THE BLADE MOTOR STARTS TO TURN. IF ERRORS OCCUR WHEN THE BLADE MOTOR
STARTS, INCREASE THE TIME SO THE VACUUM IS AT FULL SPEED BEFORE THE
BLADE MOTOR STARTS.
Save Recipe to SD
The Save Recipe button backs up all recipes to the SD card.
THE HMI HAS BUILT IN MEMORY, BUT IF THE PROGRAM NEEDS TO BE RESET
OR UPDATED, ALL RECIPES WILL BE ERASED. ALWAYS BACKUP RECIPES
BEFORE UPDATING OR RESETTING THE HMI.
