Initialize Device failed. The detector is not connected to the
data system. Shutdown and restart the
instruments.
Direct Control failed. The device is not available. Shutdown
and restart the instruments.
Set Config Settings failed. Shutdown and restart the instruments.
Terminate Device failed. Shutdown and restart the instruments.
System Is Ready For Run but failed. Shutdown and restart the instruments.
Initialize Device For Run failed. Shutdown and restart the instruments.
Lost connection to Surveyor RI on stack. Check the instruments connections.
Shutdown and restart the instruments.
Acquisition Is Complete but failed. Restart the run.

Optical balance movement cannot detect home Call your Thermo Fisher Scientific

RAM error Instrument memory failure. Call your
Thermo Fisher Scientific service
representative for assistance.
Light intensity too low Purge the detector. Flush the flowcell
with fresh mobile phase.
Instrument connection loss Check Ethernet connection and start the
software. Check the module
configuration in the software.
Extend Run failed.
