Error Messages
Error messages appear in pop-ups or in the RI Status page. These possible error messages
include, but are not limited to, those listed in
Table 8 and Table 9 . If the symptom persist, call
your Thermo Fisher Scientific service representative for assistance.
9. LED2 - Comm a. Green - communications
normal.
a. No action is required.
b. Amber - no
communications with PC
system.
b. Check the Ethernet
connections, and restart the
software. Check the
module configuration in
the software.
10. LED3 - Run a. Flashing Green - run in
progress.
a. No action is required.
b. Solid Green - ready. b. No action is required.
c. Blinking Amber - an error
has occurred while
performing a run. c. Refer to the software to
determine the nature of the
error, or begin the run
again.
11. LED4 - Temp a. Green - temperature is
stable.
a. No action is required.
b. Amber - temperature is not
stable.
b. Wait for the temperature to
stabilize. If the detector
does not stabilize in
30 minutes, call your
Thermo Fisher Scientific
service representative for
assistance.
