Y To connect the system interconnect cable
1. Connect the combicon connector identified by the DET tag (5-connector cable) or one
of the three connectors labeled DETECTOR (7-connector cable) to the left, 8-pin
receptacle located on the back panel of the RI detector as shown in
Figure 13 .
2. Connect the A/S combicom connector to the left, 8-pin receptacle located on the back
panel of the autosampler.
3. Connect the combicon connector labeled LC PUMP (5-connector cable) or one of the
two connectors labeled PUMP (7-connector cable) to the left, 8-pin receptacle located on
the back panel of the pump.

Note If your LC system contains more than one detector, contact your Thermo
Fisher Scientific Service Engineer for instructions on how to interconnect the run
signals for the Surveyor Plus modules.
