MODIFYING OR VIEWING THE QUEUE
Press MENU followed by 6 and 2.
Your fax machine will display the status of the documents in the queue:

Should you wish to modify any of the documents in the queue:
You can scroll through the pending jobs in the queue using the and keys of the navigator pad or by
keying in their sequence number.
Press OK. You can then change the parameters of the job displayed.
Press FAX/COPY to confirm the changes you made and exit.
IMMEDIATE EXECUTION OF A PENDING JOB
Use this function to have a pending job executed as soon as possible:
Press MENU followed by 6 and 1.
Use the and keys of the navigator pad to select pending jobs in the queue or type in their sequence
number.
Press OK or FAX/COPY to initiate immediate execution of the job selected.
DELETING A JOB FROM THE QUEUE
Press MENU followed by 6 and 3.
Use the and keys of the navigator pad to select the document to be deleted and press OK.
Confirm your delete request by pressing FAX/COPY.
PRINTING A SCHEDULED TRANSMISSION OR FAX ON DEMAND DOCUMENT
You can print out any scheduled transmission or fax on demand documents in the fax machine’s memory.
Press MENU followed by 6 and 4.
Use the and keys of the navigator pad to select the document to be printed and press OK.
10. DOCUMENT FORWARDING (SELECTED MODELS ONLY)
Document forwarding consists of re-transmitting documents received by your fax machine to a remote fax
machine.
In this operating mode, incoming documents are not printed out. Once forwarded to the remote fax machine, they
are erased from memory.
However, should the forwarding operation fail (incorrect number entered for the remote fax, number busy, etc.),
the incoming documents are:
-
printed then erased from memory if the fax answer mode is off.
-
retained in memory (without being printed out) if fax answer mode is on or if the printer is unavailable
(out of paper or out of toner, etc.).
TO ACTIVATE THE FORWARDING FUNCTION
Press MENU followed by 8 and 1.
Press 1 to set the ACTIVATION parameter.
To select WITHOUT directly, press MENU followed by 8, 1, 1 and 1. This de-activates the forwarding
function (default value).
To select WITH directly, press MENU followed by 8, 1, 1 and 2. All incoming faxes will be forwarded to
the remote fax machine from that moment onwards.
To select ON TIME PERIOD directly, press MENU, 8, 1, 1 and 3. The forwarding facility will be active
during the specified time slot (default setting: 22:39 to 05:30); documents received during this time slot
will immediately be forwarded to the remote fax machine. Documents received outside the time slot will
be either printed out or stored in memory depending on the value of the fax answer setting (see the FAX
ANSWER SETTINGS section).
To select DELAYED TO PERIOD directly, press MENU, 8, 1, 1 and 4. The forwarding facility will be
permanently active. Documents received outside the specified time slot (default setting: 22:39 to 05:30)
will be stored and forwarded to the remote fax machine during the time slot. Documents received during
the time slot will be forwarded immediately.
PROGRAMMING THE FAX NUMBER OF THE REMOTE FAX MACHINE
Press MENU followed by 8, 1 and 2. Enter the fax number of the remote fax machine to which you wish
to forward incoming faxes, then press FAX/COPY.
