b) Calibration test by weighing the machine before the
test and again at the end of the test.
- Weigh the machine ( W1 ) laden
- Adjust and open the outlet shutter, and prime the dosing
meter
- Select from the “ EPAN ” (spreading) menu the
function, or from the “ REG ” (settings) menu then
then for calibration.

- Engage the DPA (the conveyor belt) and move forwards
to spread, the fertilizer fl ows (do not take into account
the alarm that is triggered to warn of the risk of the
buckets overfl owing if the buckets are being used for a
calibration test).
The duration of the test must be determined by the driver,
as a minimum it should be carried out over an area of
0.25 hectares.
- At the end of the test, disengage the DPA and press
- Weigh the machine ( W2 ) and the remaining load
- Calculate the actual weight ( W ) spread: W = W1 – W2
- Enter the weight obtained ( W ) in kg (e.g. 90.54 kg) with
the numeric keypad, and confi rm with .
The console has calculated the new “ T factor ” specifi c to
the product (e.g. 1.053 instead of 1.000 entered initially).
- Confi rm with , or select if you want to
restart or to cancel the test.
The VISION console will memorise the last value of the
“
T factor ” that was confi rmed for the selected product (A
B C D E F G H).
Note:
The calibration is generally more accurate using this
method

Conversely, if the weighing method is with a weighbridge,
the weight (
W ) should be at least 1000 kg.

Remarque :
Avec cette méthode
b) , le calibrage est généralement plus
précis.
Par contre si le moyen de pesée est au pont bascule, il faut
que le poids (
P ) soit d’au moins 1000kg.
