PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION
CHECKS WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING
DYNAMIC TEST WITH THE VEHICLE RUNNING
CHECKS AFTER DYNAMIC TEST
19. Seat 1. Check the seat surfaces for stains or dirt.
2. Check the seat installation conditions and functionality.
3. Check that the occupant detection system for passenger’s seat operates
normally.
20. Seat belt 1. Check the seat belt installation conditions and functionality.
2. Check that the seat belt warning system operates normally.
21. Wheel alignment Check that the wheel alignments are properly adjusted.

23. Immobilizer system 1. Check that the engine starts with all keys that are equipped on vehicle.
2. 60 seconds after turning ignition switch from ON to ACC or OFF, or imme-
diately after removing the key, check that the security indicator light blinking.
24. Starting condition Start the engine and check that the engine starts smoothly.
25. Exhaust system Check that the exhaust noise is normal and no leaks are found.
26. Indicator and warning lights Check that all the indicator and warning lights are gone out.
27. Clock Check that the clock operates normally.
28. Audio Check the radio, CD player and AUX for normal operation.
29. Accessory power socket Check that each of the accessory power sockets operate normally.
30. Navigation system 1. Check all display functions for normal operation.
2. Check the map disc (DVD) are provided on vehicle.
3. Check that the navigation system operates normally.
4. Check that the rear view camera operates normally.
31. Rear entertainment system Check that the rear entertainment system operates normally.
32. Lighting system Check that the lighting system operates normally.
33. Wiper deicer Check that the wiper deicer operates normally.
34. Illumination control Check that the illumination control operates normally.
35. Window washer Check that the window washer system operates normally.
36. Wiper Check that the wiper system operates normally.
37. Power window operation check Check the power window for normal operations.
38. Sunroof Check that the sunroof operates normally.
39. Door mirror Check that the remote control mirror operates normally.

40. Brake test Check the foot brake for normal operations.
41. Parking brake Check the parking brake for normal operations.
42. AT shift control Check that the AT shift patterns are correct.
43. Heater & ventilation Check that the heater & ventilation system operates normally.
44. Air conditioner Check that the air conditioner operates normally.
45. Cruise control Check that the cruise control system operates normally.

48. Fluid leak check Check for fluid/oil leaks.
49. Water leak test Spray the vehicle with water and check for water leaks.

2. Check the body paints for damage and stain.
3. Check the plated parts for damage and rust.
