True Free Float™ function

Symptom

Probable cause

Procedure

The free float does not work
properly.

a. The clamp locks (brakes)
does not open.

b. The hydraulic pump does
run, but no function is avai-
lable.

c. The hydraulic pump does
run constantly does not shut
off, but builds no pressure

a. Check the pressure switch.

b. Check that the solenoids
gets signal

c. Check the pressure switch,
try to adjust or replace the
switch.

Free float not possible in
longitudinal. Lateral works
fine.

a. The table is not in 0-posi-
tion

b. 0-position is not working
