Menu Operations
Basic Operations in a Top Menu
The following operations are the same as on a parameter setting
screen (see the next page).
Accessing other menus
You can use any of the following techniques to access another
menu from the menu displayed in the active window.
• To access a menu shown in one of the soft key indications, click
on the box, or press the corresponding function key.
• Press the PAGE button in the numeric keypad section, then enter
the page number from the numeric keypad.
• Click on the
v
or
V
indication to step through the menus by page
number.
To access the menu one level up the tree
You can use any of the following techniques to access the menu
one level up the tree from the menu displayed in the active
window.
• Press the EXIT button or click on the “E” in the menu.
• Click in the area between F4 and F5 of the soft key indications.
(You cannot use these techniques in the top menus.)
• When a mouse is connected, click the right mouse button.
• To access “TOP MENU LIST” (page 0), press the PAGE button
in the numeric keypad section, and enter 0.
To return to the previously displayed menu
Independently of the hierarchical menu structure, to return to the
menu previously displayed in the active window, press the LAST
MENU button in the menu operation section.
