Operations

To select the ripple form for radial modulation, press F2
(FORM RADIAL), and to select the ripple form for angular
modulation, press F3 (FORM ANGULAR).

Pressing either F2 or F3 cycles through the following
possibilities:

SINE (sine wave)

t

PARAB (parabola)

t

TRIANG

(triangular wave)

t

RECT (square wave)

t

CIRCLE

(circle)

t

CUBIC (cubic polynomial)

To apply the modulation in the positive direction only, press
F1 (PLUS ONLY), turning it on.
By restricting the modulation to the positive direction, you can
eliminate gaps at the edges of the image.

TWIST Settings – 131

TWIST applies a twisting effect to the image.
With the first set of soft key indications shown in the
NONLINEAR menu, select F7 (TWIST) to display the TWIST
menu.
