Use either of the following methods to enter the characters of
the label one by one (maximum eleven alphanumeric
characters).
• Click with the cursor on the required character on the on-
screen keyboard.
• Use the control knobs to highlight the required character on
the on-screen keyboard in light red, and press the SEL/FINE
button.
Left knob (
): move the light red highlighted character
horizontally.
Center knob (
): move the light red highlighted character
vertically.
Right knob (
): delete the last input character.
The characters which you select appear in a name input
window.

Press F8 (OK) or the ENTER button.
This writes the label on the disk.
To cancel the labeling operation
Press F7 (CANCEL).
