whilst the coloured arrows and the changes in colour
in the graph of the wheel identify its position and
entity.
Note
:
Zooming the area of interest and adjusting the
colorimetric scale can facilitate identifying the
entity of the fault and provide estimates of the
variations found on the surface.

Tyre wear prediction diagnosis.
The Predictive tread wear diagnosis function is
available in “FULL DIAGNOSTIC” mode. It allows
the operator to forecast the wear of the tread in
order to program a future maintenance intervention
of the tyre.
The operator must assign a univocal code for each
wheel on which he wants to use the function and
insert an external USB memory, to save the data.
With the wheel code the machine collects and stores
a series of information for that wheel, such as:
Processing date, tread depth, distance travelled. The
data is managed by the internal processor in order
to produce a tyre wear curve.
The curve extends as far as the minimum tyre depth
threshold value, by following a logical progression,
produced by the stored history.
Memorise at least three measurements over a broad
period of time for a reliable wear curve progression.
A greater number of measurements throughout thee
life of the wheel will result in an increasingly reliable
prediction of the tyre wear.
