Any existing visual monitoring equipment
such as pressure gauges, min./max.
markings, oil sight glasses, etc. must be
clearly visible.

Follow the mounting position require-
ments in “Technical data” (Chapter 4).
The MQL system should be assembled and
commissioned according to the following
sequence:
o Set up and perform initial filling
o Connect the aerosol and compressed air
lines
o Establish electrical connection and config-
ure settings
o Set software configuration in the machine
control unit
6.3 Mechanical connection

For proper functioning, the system must be
installed vertically. Under no circumstances
may the MQL system be installed upside
down.

Suspended load
Do not step below a raised or
hanging MQL system.Observe the
safety instructions in Chapter 1 of
the assembly instructions.
