Remove the iller screw (
6
)

There is a sealing ring underneath
the iller screw (
6
). It must be rein-
stalled after illing is complete.
• After pressure has been relieved, loosen
and remove the iller screw (
6
) using a
hexagon socket screw key (12 mm).
Only ill using clean lubricant.
Ensure cleanliness during the illing pro-
cedure.
• Use a funnel to ill the reservoir with
lubricant up to the reservoir’s “max.”
mark.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Different lubricants must not be
mixed together without express
permission from SKF. This can lead to
damages and would require extensive in-
ternal cleaning of the system.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Close the fillport tightly after filling. Ensure
that the sealing ring is in the correct posi-
tion beforehand.
To prevent damage to the sealing ring,
do not over-tighten
the iller screw
.
• Fasten the filler screw

finger-tight us-
ing a hexagon socket screw key.
• Perform a leak test (visual check) while
the system is running.
