STATUS_ERROR
When there is an edge change 0 → 1 a new pulse
sequence begins.
With the setting "True", the pulse sequence set in
the parameters runs precisely once after the RTU
starts up or after a new configuration has been
adopted.
With the setting "False" the output is never set.

Pulse duration (ms)
100 .. 999999999 Pulse duration in milliseconds
Interpulse period (ms) 0 .. 999999999 Pause between two pulses in milliseconds
If the number of pulses is > 1 or the Start value
"Pause" is selected, the Interpulse period must be ≥
100 ms.
Cycles 1 .. 999999999 Specifies the number of pause/pulse cycles (pulse
sequence).
