4.12.1

Configuration

In this tab you can save the configuration data of the RTU in a configuration file and load it

again.
Configuration files have the file format *.cfg

Note
RTU3010C, RTU3030C and RTU3031C incompatible
Note that configurations of RTU3010C, RTU3030C and RTU3031C are not compatible.
Older .cfg files of released versions can be loaded into the current firmware of the individual

RTU types.

Configuration

Load configuration
With this function a configuration file created previously and saved on the PC is loaded on

the RTU.

●

File
After selecting a configuration file stored on the configuration PC using the "Search"

button, the file name is displayed here.

●

Search
Searches the file system of the configuration PC for a configuration file saved there that is

intended to be loaded on the RTU.

●

Load on device
Loads the configuration file shown under "File" on the RTU.

Note
On completion of loading, the configuration data of the loaded configuration file is used

immediately by the RTU.

●

Load from SD card
Loads the configuration file located on the SD card on the RTU.

Note
On completion of loading, the configuration data of the loaded configuration file is used

immediately by the RTU.
Note the behavior of the RTU when there are several configuration files on the SD card,

refer to the section "Startup of the RTU with configuration files" below.
