Rapidlab 1200 Operator’s Guide: Operating the System

NOTE:

If you change a Patient ID (1234) to another patient ID (5678) that already exists,

the system replaces the name, sex, and date of birth for the edited patient ID (1234) with
those of the new patient ID (5678).

NOTE:

You cannot edit data after you combine samples for a-v study reports.

1. Select

Recall > Patients

2. Locate the sample you want to edit.

3. To display the demographic fields, select

Edit

4. Edit the demographic data.

5. Select

Continue

This displays a dialog box asking if you want to save the changes.

7. To print the patient sample report, select
