Decimal Positive value display
If the value is 2500, the display is 2500
Decimal Negative value display
If the value is -12566, the display is 1.2.5.6.6.

display is 5678 at low byte.
Decimal Positive value display
If the value is 1234567890, the display is 1234.5 at high byte; the
display is 67890 at low byte.

If the value is −1234567890, the display is 1.2.34.5 at high byte;
The display is 6.7.890 at low byte.
Decimal Negative value display (2)
If the value is −34567890, the display is -34.5at high byte; The
display is 6.7.890 at low byte.
