Offline correlation (multiple-point measurement)

Step Description
Result:
The sensors are programmed. For this purpose, the computer connects
to the individual sensors one after the other and transmits the measurement
settings. The internal clocks of the sensors are synchronised with the clock of the
computer. (If a GPS receiver is connected to the computer, it is synchronised with
the GPS time.)
A graphic shows which sensors were successfully programmed.

If not all sensors were programmed, you can repeat the procedure using the
Program sensor button.
Only successfully programmed sensors can record measured data later.
For the establishment of the radio connection, the sensors should not be
too far from the COR C-300-RI radio interface, but they also should not be
too close to it. The ideal distance is about 1.5 metres.
After the successful programming of the sensors, the countdown begins until the
measurement. On the screen, a count-down timer displays the time remaining
until the start of measurement.
Place the sensors at the measurement points. If possible, determine and save the
GPS position for each sensor.
Instantaneous measurement Custom measurement
After the countdown, the sensors begin
measuring.
From each sensor 10 audio blocks, each
3 seconds long, are recorded.
The measurement cycle lasts a total of
2 minutes and 30 seconds. This time is
displayed as a countdown on the
computer.
After 2 minutes and 30 seconds, the
instantaneous measurement is completed.
The sensors start with the measurement
at the programmed time.
Until the programmed end of the
measurement, a total of 10 audio blocks,
each 3 seconds long, are recorded in
regular intervals.
The time to the end of the measurement is
displayed as a countdown on the
computer, if CorreluxView-3 is still open.
While the measurement is ongoing, you can use other functions of the
CorreluxView-3 software (for example, you can open data from older
measurements and evaluate it.) To do so, simply go to the
Measurement
tab in
the display area.
