Evaluate the correlation. To do so, answer the following questions.
Is the radio signal sufficiently strong?
The radio symbol indicates:
Good reception
The radio symbol indicates:
Poor reception
Meaning: Strong radio signal,
interference-free reception. The
correlation can be performed without
interruptions.
Reaction: Continue correlation and
perform further analysis.
Meaning: Weak radio signal, reception with
interference. Correlation is hardly possible or
not interruption-free.
Reaction:
The following measures can help:
•
Go closer to the Power transmitter with
the laptop and COR C-300-RI.
•
Position the transmitter higher
(for example, on a wall or on a traffic
cone or similar).
•
If necessary, set up the transmitter at
another measurement point.
•
There should be a “line of sight”
between the transmitter and the laptop if
possible.
If no connection can be established after
attempting to improve the conditions, you
should perform an offline measurement
instead of an online measurement.
