Does the correlation show a “good” result?
Features:

The trace has a clear
peak
•
The delay value is green or yellow
and does not fluctuate
Features:

The trace has no clear
peak

The delay value is red or yellow and
fluctuates
“Good” correlation “Poor” correlation
Meaning: The correlation result seems
reasonable and reliable.
Reaction: Continue correlation and
perform further analysis.
Meaning: No leak exists or no exact location
possible.
Reaction: If you nonetheless still suspect a
leak, you should perform an
offline measurement (night measurement)
instead of an online measurement.
You can listen to the noise in the pipe “live” to evaluate whether an actual leak can be
heard or whether the noise is merely interference.
Connect the included headphones to the COR C-300-RI device. The recorded noises of
the Power transmitters can be played back immediately. Using the
A/B button , you
can switch between the Power transmitters. Using the volume buttons , you can
adjust the headphone volume.
