Online correlation
•
Are the Power transmitters registered in the sensor pool of the CorreluxView-3
software?
•
Are the batteries of the involved devices charged?
•
Are the radio antennas connected correctly to the Power transmitters and the
COR C-300-RI interface?
•
Are the microphones/hydrophones connected correctly to the Power transmitters?
•
Has a radio test been performed for each device? (To do so, remove the
microphone of the transmitter from the slot. The radio LED
must now light up. If
the LED does not go on, put the microphone back into the slot and turn the device
off and then back on. Then repeat the test.)
Put the Power transmitters at the two desired measurement points and start the
correlation. Proceed as follows:
Step Description

Go with Power transmitter “A” (orange) to the first measurement point. Bring the
sensor of the device (microphone or hydrophone) to the measurement point.
Switch the Power transmitter on.
If necessary, first connect the headphones to the COR C-300 RI and listen
whether a leak noise can actually be heard at the measurement point.

Go with Power transmitter “B” (yellow) to the second measurement point. Bring
the sensor of the device (microphone or hydrophone) to the measurement point.
Switch the Power transmitter on.
If necessary, first connect the headphones to the COR C-300 RI and listen
whether a leak noise can actually be heard at the measurement point.

Go with the laptop and COR C-300-RI to the middle of the two Power transmitters.

Start the CorreluxView-3 software.

Select the directory tree or folder to which the upcoming measurements will be
added.

Open the
Online correlation
tab in the menu bar.

Use the arrow keys ◄► to set an online measurement mode (
COR PT-3 with
microphone
or
COR PT-3 with hydrophone
).

To start the measurement, click on the large button between the two arrow keys.
Result:
The correlation starts. The correlation menu opens.
