Offline correlation (multiple-point measurement)
48
The frequency diagram at the very top of the screen allows you to set a frequency filter
and to repeat the correlation.
First, go to the graphic and click on your desired lower frequency limit, keeping your
mouse key held down. Then move your mouse cursor to the right and let the key go
when you've reached your desired upper frequency limit. The correlation/multi-
correlation will update immediately, taking into consideration only the frequency range
marked in blue.
For the multicorrelation, it is possible to select between the two following methods:
Correlation methods
Averaged correlation
ABC
Minimum Block Correlation
MBC
The CorreluxView application calculates
an average over the 10 individual audio
block correlations carried out for a sensor
pair. This "averaged correlation" is
displayed in the sensor pair's thumbnail.
"Disabled" audio blocks are excluded from
the calculation.
The CorreluxView application selects the
quietest audio block out of the 10 individual
correlations for a sensor pair and displays
this in the sensor pair's thumbnail.
"Disabled" audio blocks are excluded from
the calculation.
In the menu bar, set the ABC slide control
to ON.
In the menu bar, set the MBC slide control
to ON.
Using the tabs at the top of the display area, you can switch between the display levels.
Using the
Measurement
tab you will find the sensor list and the map of the
measurement. In the
Correlation
tab, you will find the correlation results for the
measurement.
