Offline correlation (multiple-point measurement)
47
Saved measured data can be opened and correlated at any time.
Data that is not saved will be lost when the next offline measurement is performed since
the temporary directory with the data will be overwritten with the new data.

Performing a correlation
Directly after reading the sensors, you can perform a correlation with the read measured
data. For this purpose, the
Show data
button can be found in this display area.
You can start a correlation with all measurements that are listed in the directory tree.
Proceed as follows:
Step Description
1
Select the corresponding measurement in the directory tree.
2
In the menu bar, open the
Measurement
tab.
3
In the menu bar, click
Correlation
.
Result:
A “multicorrelation” is performed. During this process, the measurement
values of all sensors are correlated. The procedure can take several seconds.
In the display area, a new index tab appears named
Correlation
.
The results of the multicorrelation are shown in up to 28 miniature windows. Each
window shows the result of a pair of sensors.
