In the panel unloading zone: crushing, pinching, shearing and
cutting if the hands are inserted between the panel being machined
and the feed track guard (FIG.10-REF.1).
DAMAGE ENTITY Slight (normally reversible) or serious (normally irreversible) injuries.
EXPOSURE
In case the operator intentionally performs an improprer prohibited
action: inserting his hands between the panel being machined and the
guard of the feed track while the machine is in operation.
PROBABILITY Low.
STAGES IN WHICH RISK
IS PRESENT
During machining.
MEASURES
IMPLEMENTED
The feed track guard ( FIG.10-REF.1 ) has limited width dimensions in
order to avoid additional hazard. A specifi c fi xed guard ( FIG.10-REF.2 )
limits access to the dangerous area.
Safety warning signs applied at the dangerous point (
s. par.5.6 ).
