2.5- 2.5- MAIN COMPONENTS DESCRIPTION
The following main components make up the machine:
• Base (FIG.4-REF.1)
Welded steel structure. It supports the units which make up the machine.
• Command and control panel (FIG.4-REF.2)
Placed within easy reach at the machine infeed. In contains most of the electrical controls and signals
as well as the graphic terminal (if present).

Pneumatic system
It is shared by the various machine units.
• Electric panel (FIG.4-REF.3)
The panel is built into the machine.
• Sound proof booth (can be opened) (FIG.4-REF.4)
Serves as noise protection; prevents access to danger zones during machining.
• Dust extraction nozzle (FIG.4-REF.5)
Used to connect the work units to the dust extraction system.
• Gas extraction nozzle (FIG.4-REF.6)
Used to connect the gluing unit to the gas extraction system.
• Feed track (FIG.5-REF.1)
A chain

on which self-lubricating nylon pads, covered in rubber with a high friction
