MACHINE STATUS: off, with the main switch in the “0” position and locked and compressed air cut-off
valve closed and locked.
OPERATORS: 1 assigned operator.
For the passage from the machining of a thin edging to that of a thick edging and vice versa, proceed
as follows:
A) Standard version
Make sure that the installed tools are equipped with the right profi le and proceed as follows:
Lower motor kit:
• Loosen the release lever (FIG.18-REF.1) .
• Thin edging: manually move the motor (FIG.18-REF.2) until it stops on the nut (FIG.18-REF.3) .
• Thick edging: manually move the motor (FIG.18-REF.2) until it stops on the nut (FIG.18-REF.4) .
• Block the release lever (FIG.18-REF.1) .
Upper motor kit: proceed as for the lower motor kit.
B) Version with double automatic position (optional)
Make sure that the installed tools are equipped with the right profi le and proceed as follows:
• With standard control panel: select “thin edging” (pos. 0) or “thick edging” (pos. 1).
(With control panel with graphic terminal the choice of the machining type is auto-
matically determined by selecting the work program
- see chap.7 ).
