The attachment of a child seat is not allowed because of safety reasons.

The attachment of a trailer is not possible because of technical reasons.

2.5  Trailers

This restriction results from the short rear frame geometry. 
The attachment of a child seat shifts the center of gravity 
too much towards the back of the bike, which is a safety 
risk. In addition, the distance to the child, especially when 
wearing a backpack, could be very short. If the customer 
still assembles a child seat, the warranty claim against 
Schindelhauer expires. The installation of child seats on 

racks is not allowed. This is justified by the manufacturers 

due to thin-walled tubes and weight limits
