7-8 persons Lemon - 5 ea. (big), Sugar - 1 cup, Salt - 1
tsp. or to the taste, Kashmiri red chilli
powder - 1 tbsp., Black pepper - ½ tsp.,
Cumin powder - 1 tsp., Olive oil to preserve
the pickle.
Instructions
Take 5 big lemon, dip in hot water for 2 hours. Remove
lemon from water and dry with kitchen towel. Cut lemon
into pieces. Now keep lemon in a microwave safe glass
bowl, add all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Put the bowl inside the microwave and select the auto
start option for Lemon pickle. Once beep & stop, take out
pickle from microwave. Let it cool and is ready to eat.

Gooseberry - 500 g, Mustard oil - 4 tbsp.,
Asafoetida - 2 pinch, Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.,
Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp. (coarsely ground),
Fenugreek powder - 1 tsp., Salt - 1 tbsp.,
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp., Red chili powder
- 1 tsp.
Instructions
First wash gooseberry and dry it completely using kitchen
towel. Take gooseberry in a microwave glass bowl and
select the auto start option for the goose berry pickle.
Now remove seeds and break into pieces. Add all other
ingredients and mix well.
Press the
START/+30s
button to continue cooking. Once
again beep & stop, take out pickle from microwave. Let it
cool and is ready to eat.

Amchur powder - 1 tsp. (grounded), Refined
oil - 1 tsp, Lemon juice - 1.
Instructions
Take thick green chili and cut into pieces in a microwave
safe bowl. Add grounded cumin powder, amchur powder,
and salt as per taste. Add 1 tsp refined oil and 1 lemon
juice.
Mix well and select the auto start option for the green
chili pickle recipe. Once beep & stop, take out pickle from
microwave. Let it cool and is ready to eat.
