9.4.4 Statistical data
From this data, the degree of utilization of the VVVF can be learned
Operating time in which the unit was connected to mains supply.
Time during which the output stage was active, i.e. travel operations were
performed.
Number of travel operations performed. Switching the output stage on
and off is interpreted as a travel operation.
Number of travel operations during which the rated device current was
exceeded by the factor
1.9 .
Number of travel operations during which the rated device current was
exceeded by the factor
1.5 to 1.9.
Number of travel operations during which the rated device current was
exceeded by the factor
0.75 to 1.5.
Time during which the unit was operated at maximum temperature
9.4.5 Encoder diagnosis
This menu is used for checking the encoder signals and the number of
encoder pulses.
The statuses of the encoder inputs and the number of registered encoder
pulses are displayed. Press the "E" button to reset the counter value to 0.
In the case of gearless operation with ERN1387 encoder, signal tracks C
and D are displayed additionally.
9.4.6 Current errors
This menu can be used for checking any errors which may be present but
are not flashing on the display. This is the case if the error display was
shifted to the background using the " E "-key.
