Bunker
6.19.6 Machine automatic folding out/in
With the help of automatic folding the bunker can be set into operating or transport
position.
WARNING
Hazard of extremely severe injuries.
– Make sure, that nobody stands in the hazard zones when the machine is started.
The automatic folding performs the following movements of the machine during
folding out:
1 Folding out elevator, bunker bracket, bunker grids left rear and front right
2 Folding unload conveyor articulation parts out
3 Folding out front bunker grid
4 Raising bunker auger front and rear, folding out rear and right rear bunker grids
In order to start the automatic folding press first the combi-key (
22 ). The LED of the
key lights up for 5 seconds and the analogue rocker ( 40 ) is active during this period.
Let the analogue rocker ( 40 ) latch outwards for operating position or inwards for trans-
port position.

ATTENTION
Before folding into the transport position the bunker must be completely emptied!
The automatic folding performs the following movements of the machine during
folding in:
1 Lowering bunker auger front and rear, folding in rear and right rear bunker grids
2 Folding in front bunker grid
3 Folding in unloading conveyor articulation parts
4 Folding in elevator, bunker brackets, bunker grids left rear and front right
– Check visually if the machine is really in the transport position. If not, put the
machine into the transport position manually.
– Clean the machine so, that all lighting and warning devices are visible, the allowed
total weight is not exceeded and pollution of public roads is avoided.
