Malfunction and Remedies

Towing

– Press or pull the gear lever (

) (left outside on the rear side of the gear box) into

central position. Neither of the two gears may be engaged.

– Connect an appropriate salvaging aid e.g. a rigid towing bar (

– Release the parking brake manually, (

– Shut down the emergency steering pump. For this purpose disconnect the ground

control line (

) from the relay for the emergency steering pump.

ADVICE

It is impossible to start the engine of the machine by towing or rolling.
