Maintenance and Service

Diesel engine

– Check the cooling system for dirt.

– Swing the condenser up.

For this purpose, screw off two hexagonal nuts on the front part of the cooler

frame.

– Remove the coarse dirt by hand, by cleaning the cooling system with the water

hose or using compressed air. Use a pressure cleaner only with a flat spray at

reduced pressure and from at least 30 cm away.

ADVICE

A plug-in connector for connecting the compressed air hose is located in the engine

compartment behind the engine compartment door.

When R-Touch displays the warning icon "Coolant temperature" , the cooling sys-

tem must be cleaned immediately.
