Warning:
The plug of the machine is always allowed to pull out in when the machine is not
under power (when the main switch is switched off).
Cooling ventilators
The cooling ventilators must be checked when the machine is switched off if dust
gathering can be seen or not. If thick dust deposited on them then they have to be
cleaned with dry sponge-cloth, with brush when the machine is switched off and cut
off from domestic current after removing the guard. It is necessary to check the
working of the two cooling ventilators during operation because if they do not work
hazard of overheating can happen.
Electro - motors
You have to check the motors and connecting cables periodically, the danger of
excursion practically is zero. For example the appropriate connecting cable is
connected to the motor, or not.
You have to stand clear of getting into the machine different metal and paper and
other natured chips.
PLC
The electronic control of the machine comes with PLC; you have to provide for
appropriate stoppage of the machine. If you restart the machine you have to have a
2-minute brake.
NOTICE!
In case of any electric correction
– including changing of the fuses –cut the
machine off from the domestic current by pulling the plug out.
Occurent electric correction is to be made only by specialist.
Do not make any modofication or redevelopment on the machine alone or by
anybody else. It results the immediate losing of the guarantee.
Do not work with the machine in case of removed covers.
Keep order around the machine.
Settle the machine to have minimum 1 meter free place round.
Do not work with the machine in a clothes, which endangers the working.
Lift and fix the machine in case of delivery just as it is written in the chapter of
"Delivery, installation". Before starting any kind of maintenance
job cut the
machine off from the domestic current by pulling the plug out and extinguish
the air supply of the machine.
