Sensors, microswitches
The appropriate working of sensors and microswitches is key matter. The primary
respect when we chose them was the reliability and durability. The essential
condition of the convenience working is the perfect contact, for this it is necessary
the cleanness of the sensors. The sensors can be cleaned with brush.
8.2 Maintenance of the electric units
Safety light curtain
You must check the safety light curtain every day before starting the work, the green
signal lamp is on the left sensor, this is the sign of the receiver. If it shows
uncertainties, red-green transitions, it must be checked if the surface of the
transmitter or receiver is dirtied or not. You can clean them only with dry and soft
cleaning cloth carefully. You have to attend to them because they are not hit-proof, if
they flaw then probably the safety light curtain will be unable to work due to
refraction fault.
Touch screen
Touching of the screen with sharp, spiked object is prohibited. The „using” of the
screen is recommended only alone by touching pencil provided as option, or such an
appliance which can not scathe it. So the operating surface is formed that its every
functions can be operated with finger. If the touch screen dirties due to any case, it
can be kept in proper condition only with general and dry cleaning cloth made of soft
material. Its outer surface can be dryly cleanded. You have to beware of strong
pressure because the touch screen can be damaged due to too strong pressure and
sensory uncertainties can be occured. It can be solved only by changing of the
monitor.
Push buttons
The push buttons have to be used with pure hand as far as possible, however they
stained then they can be cleaned with mildly wet cloth steeped in window cleaner
liquid.
Regarding to stop button you must not get it with adipose, oily hand because this
endangers the safe operation, it and the area around it must be kept clean to be able
to see the warning signs well.
Main switch
The cleaning of the main switch practically is the same as other push button, it can
be closed with lock (5mm diameter) when the machine is out of working. It is very
important to clean the signals around the main switch because of safety reasons as
far as possible, in order to be able to cut off the machine from the domestic current
particularly by a non-practiced person in case of any problem.
