9. Display of temperature of the sideglue
The real (measured) temperature of the gluecan be read here.
10. Display of the setted temperature of the
sideglue
The temperature of glue wanted (setted) can be read here. Maximum value is 180
ºC.
11. Relative glue temperature indicator
This icon can be one of the following:
Shows that the temperature of the glue is lower than the setted value.
Shows that the temperature of the glue is the same than the setted value.
Shows that the temperature of the glue is higher than the setted value.
12. Automatic carriage starting ON-OFF
/This function can be reached in the ‘START’ menu./
Automatic carriage starting means that after inserting the book block into the
carriage when the operator removes his hands from forefront of the carriage; the
clamp starts automatically.
‘Automatic carriage start’ – when enabled
, when disbaled .
13. Value of binding time in seconds
By pressing this icon you can specify the time period to wait which is
essential for the glue to dry. If the time period elapsed, the carriage
clamp releases the book and returns to initial position. The binding time
can be set up between 0-99 seconds. If it is adjusted to “0” value the
nipping unit can be open manually.
14. Binding counter
By pressing the “#” sign the daily counter will be reset to 0.
By pressing the text field, the life counter will be showed. To go back
press the text field again.
