7.2.1 Heating process
This process starts when the machine is turned on. The electronic controller unit
begins the heating of the machine and it takes approx. 90 minutes to heat the glue
in the glue tank. The time of the heating up depends on the amount of the glue in
the
glue
tank
and
the
usage
temperature
of
it.
The working process cannot be started until the temperature of the glue reaches the
proper temperature level.
The glue rollers in the glue tank have to start 5 degrees before the setted value to
mix the glue to homogenize it.
During the heating process you can enter in all the three screens to make any
adjustment for the working process. When the heating process finishes, the “READY”
message appears in the START screen instead of the “HEATING“ text. For more
